Garry Sandhu “Din Raat”
Garry Sandhu and Roach Killa provide the visuals for their latest single. I don’t know how the ladies will feel about the video, as it clearly demonstrates Garry can have his cake and eat it too.
P.S. Happy Diwali/Bandi Chhor Diwas Bhangraw fam.
Garry Sandhu “Fresh”
Garry Sandhu can do no wrong at the moment.
Fresh is the latest tune from the talented artist, and then “Din Raat,” will soon be next.

Roach Killa feat. Blitz “Ghora” Video
I’m not entirely sure why I’m posting this video.
Yes, both Roach and Blitz have done well for themselves with the artists they have collaborated with, but their work still doesn’t appeal to me on a grand scale.
If anything, I posted this video because of the production. Surinder Rattan also produced “Yaara Dil Daara” for Roach, which also was a cool sounding song. I love seeing how innovative producers can get with eastern instruments to produce a western song. So bravo Surinder Rattan, you’ve done it again.
(Big up for representing T-Dot, with the clips down Spadina, and Dundas Sqaure)
Roach Killa “Yaara Dil Dara” Video
A lot of Canadian content on this track.
First off we got Roach Killa spitting on the first track off his upcoming album “The Revolution.” We also have Canadian singer Shahid Ali Khan providing the chorus to the track, and finally we have Jazz Virk directing the video.
Production is handled by Surinder Rattan, who has done some work in the past with Roach.
Although I’m not feeling Roach’s vocals, I am digging the concept, the locations and the cinematography of the video, as well as the chorus of the track. Shahid has done an awesome job conveying his lyrics, and I think that would be the one thing that would bring me back to listen to this track repeatedly.
The album is set to release some time this month. For more info, hit up Roach Killa’s MySpace Page
Miss Pooja feat. Roach Killa “Romantic Jatt” (Produced by Tigerstyle)
Well here’s something I didn’t expect happening. No really – Tigerstyle linking up with Miss Pooja.
Miss Pooja puts on her best “Nachna Aunda Nahi” melody (the MC Special one.) and then chats about something she hardly talks about – Jatts. (OK, that’s pretty much half her repertoire.)
Tigerstyle will every now and again produce a tune like this, that just pops up out of nowhere. Over the years, we’ve got some amazing tracks, like their own “Nachna Onda Nei,” “Girl From Pakistan,” “Ishq Nagni” and “Nakhra.”
I thought this song was actually written about me, until I realised with the help of some people with an ear for these things, that the chorus actually goes:
“Mehnu khatt romantic Jatt phir be chunga lagda”
So it ain’t about me (I can be quite the romantic – No really.) So I guess it was really written about this guy.
I think the tune is catchy, but seriously, haven’t we had enough of Miss Pooja’s voice yet? I also cannot forget about the Canadian connection, as Roach Killa is a native of the T-Dot.
Details are sketchy, as I have no definitive info as to what album this song will end up releasing on. Possibly on Miss Pooja’s solo album releasing on the MovieBox Records label in the not so distant future. For now, have a listen to this track ripped off the radio.
