Old School Sunday – Jay Sean “Dance With You”
I cannot believe it has been five years already since this song came out.
Released in 2003, the trio Rishi Rich, Juggy D and Jay Sean burst on to the scene and garnered worldwide fame and critical acclaim with this song.
Since then, Jay has gone on to do big things. In fact, it was recently announced that he signed a deal with Cash Money Records. That’s right, Jay Sean and Lil Wayne are collaborating on one of Jay Sean’s tracks titled “Tonight.”
I hope it works out for him. There have been a lot of artists signed to Cash Money in the past that have made records, only to see them never reach the light of day, or radio play for that matter.

H-Dhami “Mitran Di Jaan” Video
One of Rishi Rich’s newest proteges is set to release his debut album on July 18th. I feel like I’ve heard this sound before – maybe around 2004? The video is actually quite sick when you compare them to the slew of regular UK Bhangra videos out. What does flying cars and dhols have to do with Mittran Di Jaan is anyones guess, but x1x is definitely a talented bunch, and I think I like the song more now just because of the Video.
