Juggy D “Akhan Sharabi” Snippet
After five years of milking his debut album dry, Juggy D is hopefully set to release his second album “Juggy D 2: Punjabi Rock Star.”
I have no set release date, but I do have a snippet of a song he wrote himself, with production provided by Mentor.
Inline with the Juggy sound, it’s a pretty catchy little number.
Mentor & DJ Dips “Kurri Canada Di” Video
Mentor and DJ Dips collaborate with vocalist Bakshi Billa in the song “Kurri Canada Di.”
The song is alright, I’m sure it would do well in a club setting, and the video is quite creative.
I must say though, I’ve been living in Canada for the better part of my life, and while I doubt she is actually from Canada, they could have done a better job finding a girl that is actually representative of this country.
The track releases on iTunes on July 13, 2009.

Old School Sunday – Juggy D “Billo”
Going back to 2004, this week’s Old School Sunday puts you on a coach with Juggy D.
“Billo,” which was produced by Rishi Rich’s younger brother Mentor, is one of my favourite tracks off Juggy’s self titled debut album. It has always been one of those songs that has provided me with a certain uplifting energy.
In related news, Juggy D is planning on releasing his Sophomore album this Spring titled “Juggy D 2.”
