Juggy D Live in Toronto March 4, 2010
I like to think I have great timing. With the previous post of the Free Aman Sandhu Download, the uni crowd crowd in Toronto will be able to check him out live on stage, as well as Juggy D on Thursday, March 4.

Jati Cheed “Same Cliche” Video
You may remember Jati Cheed featured on Ominous DJs “Rumaal.”
Well now, Jati is ready to release his own debut single titled “Same Cliche.”
The video blends an urban vibe with his Punjabi lyrics. Check the video below.
The EP, releasing on March 15, will feature five mixes of the song, with something to cater to everyone’s musical tastes.

Old School Sunday – Madan Maddi “Nanaan Ghor Ghor”
Going back to 1996, this track sung by Madan Maddi was featured on Big Boom. It was also this album, that featured “Do Jugtan” by Jazzy B.
I want to say that’s a Lil Suzy sample, but I could be off with that one.

Old School Sunday – Amit and Sanj “Tina O Tina”
I definitely have to post up more songs by Amit and Sanj of Executives.
During the eighties and nineties, these guys had one of the best series (10 in all) of remix tapes available on the UK Bhangra market.
To kick off how good they were, here is their take on Premi’s “Tina o Tina” from Extra Hot Volume 5.
Notice the Snap! “The Power” sample? Kind of hard not to, but these guys were the first to do it. They also did a few Hindi remixes as well as an Argentina football song remix (I’ll excuse them for that.)
