DJ Hit & HKS featuring Bakshi Billa “Baar Pharke”
Something new and different for your ears today.
Introducing Rohit Rampal aka DJ Hit coming out of Malaysia, and his new genre of Bhangrock. Teaming up with HKS from the UK, they have decided to create what they hope will be a groundbreaking new trend.
The album titled “The Raw Uncut Material” will feature the likes of Manak-E, Tanvir Gogi, Jiwan Mann, Bakshi Billa, A.S Amar and is set for a late 2008 release date.
The first single off the albun is set to be “Baar Pharke” featuring Bakshi Billa.
RDB tried something a little less radical on their album “three” in 2005, and it didn’t really make as much noise as people would think it would. I think this is a solid attempt at making a different sound. A lot of different genres have been melded with Bhangra, and I look forward to hearing what other producers can try and accomplish with it.
