JK “Pat Liyah” Video

Honestly, I don’t know what to say about this dude.

What impresses me the most about this guy, is that he’s in his early twenties, born and raised in the UK, and the man’s pronunciation is impeccable. You want to hear “teht” Punjabi? He’s got it. He can teach us all a thing or two.

Could I say JK will save Bhangra? I bloody hope so.

Should the man release an album ASAP? Hell bloody yeah. These singles have got me fired up!

First “Gabru Panjab Da,” then “Jhooteh Laareh,” and now “Pat Liyah.”

The single hasn’t gone on sale yet, but keep your eyes on this space to get your copy. I know I will.

Tru-Skool has done an amazing job with his work on the music. You may recognize the incredible and clever use of The Pharcyde sample of “Passin’ Me By.” I really don’t know what else to say at this point except, check out the video!

Even the video is made well enough to incorporate the sounds of the des mixed with a street element.

Seriously, release the album already!

Bbbbrrrrrruuuuaaaahhhhh!!!!! Been waiting for a new video from this dude and blam! Massive! Totally enjoyed the video. Videos like these just make me feel so good, not that typical cookie cutter style video that 90% of these artists think are still cool to watch (most of the time the videos actually ruin the song for me). I read an interview that JK and Truskool did last year I think and JK had mentioned that he is modeling himself after Jazzy B, can you tell? Jazzy B should go and adopt this guy as his brother/cousin cuz hes doing more for Jazzy than Hard-E is ahahahaha. Big ups to JK and Truskool.

The funny thing is, you can already download a HQ MP3 Single for free from anywhere the net…by the time they actually release it, it’s gonna be played out. Sad but true. And I know you’ll probably download it too

All I can say is WOW… Dude has massive talent and I just hope that he comes up with a proper album soon, cuz I think he could have some serious dance anthems for next year.
